Terms and Conditions
If an item is ordered, it is presumed that the buyer has read, understood, and accepts wholly and completely: (1) that it is a binding contract, (2) the terms and conditions as prescribed herein, but not limited to, Replace Your Base (RYB) policies, and (3) any and/or all instructions issued by RYB representatives, associates and/or their affiliates and will follow them as instructed.
Returns Policy
You may return items within 15 days of delivery for a refund w/ restocking fee, exchange or store credit. If there is an error made on the part of RYB, a shipping label will be provided. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the purchase as well as the return label, as they should know and understand what item is being purchased. There is a 30% restocking fee off the price of the item(s) with any item(s) that is returned. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. We do not pay for return shipping as it is a customer’s responsibility to understand their purchase. Orders that are received or completed by pick-up will be deemed acceptable by the customer if no contact regarding an issue with the order is made within 15 days of delivery or pick-up.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Items purchased after 1:00 PM P.S.T. will be shipped the following day.
Products
All items are removed from the boxes of TVs which are damaged during shipment. They may have minor scuffs or scratches from normal warehouse handling but are guaranteed to be fully functional.
Form of Payment
ReplaceYourBase does accept PayPal and most major credit card companies as a form of payment.
